How to translate russian forums?

Hello, i try to translate russian forum with google translater. So i enter the url and click on translate.

But it requires username and password and when i enter both and i am logged in it is in russian language again.

How can i translate it? I don't want to copy and paste the text in google translator. I want to translate the whole site...

You can also install Google toolbar. It has translate on it.
