How to use get method to Download images??

Hi I am looking for a method to download image from a page by applying a regex maybe . Like there are 4 or 5 images on a page but I want the image at a particular area from that page.

So how to use it?
Somewhere people are mentioning use get method but how to use it?
An template will be very helpful thanks.
