How to use own URL for proxy checking

1. Download 2 scripts

2. Create subdomain, for instance check.domain.com
3. Load 2 scripts to the root of subdomain
4. Add check.domain.com/proxy.php to ProxyChecker

How do you use a source where you can't load scripts?
Like: http://cloudproxies.com/proxylist/

I'm trying to add proxies from various URLs and sometimes I get these error signs and proxies won't load. Why is that happening? How do I solve it?
