Howto obtain url list

Hi all,

What is the best way to:

- Open a file containing one url by line
- Copy the first line and open-it in browser
- Wait for few seconds
- Copy the current url in clipboard
- Write the url copied in a new line in a given line
- Proceed for all the lines in the source file

The context is I have a lots of backlinks who change URL because URL rewriting and I only to have the final URL.
