I am getting a license error.

I am getting a license error. What is the reason? I removed all the devices from the main panel. I could not start the program because the IP changed. Now I changed the IP to static, but I cannot log in to the license.

By error it looks like you are trying to install a version you dont have updates. Check what is latest version available to you. There

Please check end date for the license in your zennolab account. Probably your subscription for the software has expired.
