I cannot reach google/youtube.com any more with 7.8.14.0

It worked a few days ago, now I can't reach google/youtube any more. it say: ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT
I tried with proxies or no proxies, makes no difference. All other sites work fine.

I just re-installed 7.8.13.0 and it works. So it's just the new version. Please fix it.
