to compare two variables to see if it contains an expression. I tested
but is dont works.

i read my file. and put the text in a variable. for exemple my variable is :

variable.concours is:

- voici le test /



variable.test is :
document.title=('LE BIEN PUBLIC');

i need to compare if variable.concours content variable.test

I'm not sure if I got you, but it seems you wanna check if one variable contains another one. You can use for that word processing-regexp.
