IE Popups, how to stop?

On some templates I make I get Internet Explorer open with the last visited pages on each instance. It can get quite annoying as it will open hundreds of tabs so on some template I cannot leave it run otherwise my PC will no doubt crash.

I've disabled popups on the template properties but it does not stop this IE popup?

Any ideas to stop this from happening? or why it is?

Please describe your problem in more detail.
I need to know the characteristics of your system: CPU, memory, OS, version of IE, how many threads you run at the same time and what also do you run on the machine at this time?

I've seen something like that. When I reduce threads from e.g. 8 to zero, sometimes IE opens with around 7 or 8 tabs that were inside zennoposter before. Will capture/screenshot when I see it next time.
