Important! Decaptcha isnt working

So for a long time i didnt had any issued with the Decaptcha option of your bot but since 1 week its not working anymore. Im using DBC and allways if the bot needs to read the captcha i get an error

translation into english: The server has completed a protocol violation

i allready talked with DBC they said its an issue with your tool on there end everything is working fine.
also i deleted zenno several times and reentered my DBC informations for the captcha settings.
what is the problem why it doesnt work ?

allready updatet some days ago to the newest version
i have 5.8.02 ^^

All I can suggest you to do now is to downgrade to v5.7.5.3 and test there. If everything works fine then there is a bug. Just let me know and I will move this thread to bugs section...

i deleted the whole zennobot and installed your recommend version.
i still get the same error. vut i know that on this version dbc captcha worked fine.

honestly, i've had server connection issues with using captchabot module with a decaptcher type service. sometimes it won't send to server or something weird. i thought it was the services servers fault, but it happens so often i am starting to think its ZP

For no reason its working again. Didnt changed anything so im not sure why its working now.
Also a friend got the same issue and now ITs working again.

deleted the old file put the new in but also getting the same error on 5.8.0.2 version
on 5.7.5.3 he said: sorry
nothing else

i get is 'sorry' using captchabot module and the captcha service tells me that they're not getting the captchas.

So its definitly a Problem with zenno cause dbc told me the same. And i rlly rlly need the decaptcha Function

Open NLog.config replace Debug with Trace, save
Reproduce problem
Run Diagnostic.exe and attach report.zip after that

This instruction is for DBC with module that i attached above

Had this issue for several months so gave up and gone back to monkey enter since i dont do heavy captcha solving these days only for the odd batch of emails.

bad to hear. nearly all my scripts used the captcha function with dbc so its no way around it. and if its not working in the next days i get my money back cause this is a status i cant accept. im waiting for several weeks now getting barely answers or waiting days without changing anything. and it rlly looks like no one cares about it. every support team which is interested into solving such massive problems would investigate more into it
