First of all please check if all necessary frameworks are installed (3.5 and 4) and 4.5 one is not. Check compatibility mode of .exe files ZennoPoster.exe, base.exe, etc in ZennoPoster folder. In case OS 7 try to set it to Win Vista Sp2. Is that the latest version?
