Issues with gmx module?

Are there currently some problems with the gmx module in Capmonster (using version 2.13.0.0)? I'm facing a very high false rate since some days.

In CM Cloud it seems to work better, so please update the Gmx module in CM2 software. How long do you think will it take till the updated module arives on CM2? Thank you!

Sorry, but developers said, they can't update it in CapMonster.
Only can advise you using cloud for this captcha.

I paid for CM2 software and use it mainly for gmx captcha! So why should I pay additionally for cloud service? And why should it not be possible to update the module in CM2?? If it's not possible for the developers to update modules in CM2 then the software will become obsolete over time...

I understand you, but Gmx captcha has been updated and new module for it can be used only in CapMonster Cloud.

As far as I remember a forum user from here spent the needed captachs for creating the gmx module. At the same time the gmx module was released for CM2 standalone software and CM cloud. So there shouldn't be any problem to build an updated module for CM2!
As I can't believe that your developers are that much incompetent I think the only problem is the willingness and you want to make customers pay twice, 1x for the CM2 software and the 2nd time they should pay needlessly for CM cloud.

Okay, as long as the CM2 module for gmx is not fixed we will send our captchas NOT to capmonster.cloud but to other captcha solving service. We don't like to be cheated!

I'm sorry about this situation, but GMX is not main captcha in CapMonster. Module is used just by few users.
We are not trying to cheat anyone and make customers pay more money with this captcha.
