Iterations with custom tags - Urgent

I'm having serious problems with a portal where there are custom tags.
I attach the screens for completeness.

The tool is unable to enter into custom tags, and for this reason I am unable to interact with them, enter values, or select anything.
I have carried out several tests including:
- change browser, I tried both chrome, all versions of firefox and chromium, but nothing.
- add custom tags manually, but I don't see everything below, why?

- in console of chromium i can view all, but in the tool nothing, I can't do anything.

Can you show us the page you are working with?

The site it'a an area private with login and password.
In the screen 1 "img2.jpg" i stamp the preview of the page, and the second screen the code with DevTools.

Have you need of other information?

If you want these tags to be available in the Element tree window you can add them manually:

I just tried on another website and all tags are in the Element tree window.

• Can you send screenshot of the Element tree window with tags list opened?
