something wrong ? need more images ?

You better attach project itself

Your mass centers on second screenshot are completely wrong. Those green/yellow dots should be near center of images. Check this article http://zennolab.com/wiki/en:addons:capmonster:learning:center-mass-finder

1) you have 400+ for some symbols and 30+ for others

No need to make more than 200 symbols for each character
and if you have less , at least do all, like for g letter

2) Threshold i would set to 65%
Other filters do nothiong in you case. You can check if by discbling them
3) Mass centers are wrong. Those green dots should cover areas where you set mass centers when you prepared symbols.
