Links marked as visited after clearing cookies, cache and restarting instance

Hello,

why do I see such screen in ProjectMaker as below:

even though at the beginning of the project I clear cookies and cache and restart the instance? I mean that all links are purple - like already visited links.
Does it mean that cookies and cache were not cleared properly?

No it doesnt mean anything. Sites cannot access your browser history
