I need a template that will:

1. Take cities, title, summary text and description text from a file.
2. Automatically change phrase %CITY%(or something like that) in title, desc, summary for each city from the file.
3. Login into OmniFLASH and add a project for each city - here you can see how it looks http://youtu.be/FgDVAY5knLU?t=1h50m less or more. I know it's not in english.
4. After OmiFLASH ends his work template should export links and create project files for Scrapebox(e.g. websites.txt)
5. After a week it should check which links are not indexed and again create files for Scrapebox - it would be great if it can automatically add and start project in scrapebox.
