Making Proxyfire Proxy working with Capmonster?

As long we have Good range Ip, The software is Good although its created in "ancient times"
the tool periodically dump Good proxy with format like this

213.23.122.170:443@HTTP
169.57.1.84:8080@HTTP
119.81.71.27:80@HTTP

169.57.1.84:8080@SOCK4
119.81.71.27:80@SOCK4

Capmonster Refused to load this text file ..anyone know trick so i can load this proxy dump txt into capmonster setting?
