My instance keeps automatically closing on debug

Hi, everyone
I am hoping that someone can help me out. I am new to ZP.
When I run ProjectMaker in debug, as soon as I click "next" on "sign-up" my instance suddenly closes. I am not sure why this happens and I don't know how to recover it. The log indicates that "Result:click" and debug continues to run, but I can't see anything. Any suggestions?

By the way, I guess I should have mentioned that this problem is unique to one particular site I am working on now. This site uses a javascript/ajax based registration form. That may be causing issues but I know that some people are successfully running instances in debug with these kinds of sites. To clarify, debug works, but the instance closes suddenly.
