my problem with mass centers and training module

please someone replay my questions:
why count time is 0ms? what's it anyway and how can i increase or decrease that?
when i click on recognize option i see that little window
what's is response and time? how can i correct response if it's wrong?
that tiny green dots, are they enough or should i increase them? how?
and why no matter what i do but in training module step the results are like this:

why's that?! i know i simplified my captcha as much as possible.... all my problem is about these two
