Need some help about GMX registration form

I try to create gmx templates but i have a problem that the registration form for 1st, last, DOB, country are rotate with email column...sometime email column are up and sometime down...how to deal with it??

You should find and then add universal search criterias for these atributes, so to make them independent of location.
