Network Monitor Question

Hi, I have a problem with multiple thread and I find an old thread with the same problem here http://zennolab.com/discussion/threads/a-problem-with-multi-threading.11928/#post-70409


I follow the suggestions to check my network with ZP then found this problem:

I have I5 3570S 3.1GHZ, 16GB RAM and 100mb/s internet speed, but I get only 3 maximum connections with ZP network monitor, what's wrong here?

No, I use OVH dedicated server it's not behind firewall. this might be a network error, however, it is solved.
