Newbie question on using proxy ips

New to zennolabs and do not get the overall picture.
If I harvest a private proxie ip (using zennoproxy checker)
how do I attach text content to that proxy IP?

1) You cannot "harvest" private proxies) You either buy them and add to proxychecker either you use public proxies which are not private.
2) "how do I attach text content to that proxy IP?" i dont understand this
