No results appended

I am working on creating a scraper for Bing which takes search terms from a text file, parses them and then saves the results to a text file. For some reason some of the results have empty files (e.g., ipod.txt will have 10 results but ipad.txt will be empty).

I checked the logs and I'm getting the following error "Wrong value range, an empty line will be returned"

I'll post my results when I have a chance to test.

Okay I tried adding a pause but it still randomly returns empty results. I used the same method for scraping Google and it works flawlessly.
