Not sure how canvas works?

I have version 7.2.1.1. Not sure what to do with the browser setting canvas. It gives me the option to allow, emulate, or block. Is it safe to use block? Is there any documentation on the function or an example of the use of canvas? It would be nice to have documentation for all the browser settings and their best uses.

The safest option is to emulate canvas. This way, you will get a new (and different) canvas hash for each browser profile you create. Blocking it will just show the sites you're accessing that you want to hide your hash, therefore your fingerprint will could raise some red flags (most usual users don't block the access to these parameters in their standard browsers ... they don 't even know about them)
