Not working anymore

I have been using CapMonster via my vps server for almost 2 years with no problems. Now that I try to use it, it won't send the captcha to capmonster desktop anymore, the response from my HTTP packet sniffer says "Failed to connect to (my server ip) port 80: Timed out" . What can I do?
