Operating 2 projects together at same time

I'm still quite new to this so i'm wondering if i want to instead of combining so many complex stuff in 1 project and execute it, i split it into 2 projects each doing their part, but i need them to run simultaneously together, basically starting the 2 of project at the same time, will that be possible or it is possible but with limitations(example i only owned lite license so i can only open 1 thread at most)

p.s: Not sure if starting 2 projects together is consider as 1 thread or 2 thread. Thanks

1 thread = 1 thread of 1 project. if you run 2 projects in 1 thread each it's counting as 2 threads in total.
Yes, it's possible to run several projects at the same time.
