This means some other network service is already running on the IP-address:port you are trying to run CapMonster.
Try disabling such service or change port in CapMonster program settings.

I tried changing the port on the software but it didn't work, the software I'm using fails to recognze capmonster. I'm using a RDP so it might have occupied port 80 which I can't shut down. Please guide

You should change port in capmonster settings

You should change port in capmonster settings, not in software

That's what I did, it didn't work. I asked my RDP support and they said port 80 is occupied for HTTPS Internet surfing stuff.

Yes, and when you set 81, CM should be running OK.
Then you should send capthas to IP: PORT of capmonster from your software.
