[SOLVED] Possible issue with javascript not working?

I'm not sure if I've found a bug , but here it goes.

I think there's an issue with the javascript. Even though I've enabled it, the website in question keeps throwing me off to a page designed for non-js browsers. I really need js to work with this site.

Anyone else experience this?
