Is it possible to create a bot that searches google by country,for example google.it for a specific word or words, for example fresh food?
and after
1) check the sites from google results for what cms they are made from,
if they are forums to create account and post, if they are WP ready comments
2) to have multiple profiles and posts so every time to post another post.
3) to be able to confirm the accounts when needed from inside the mail
4) pass simple captcha
