Problem installing Zenno on Windows 8.1

Hello,
I haven't been for a while online, now I tried to install ZennoMP Lite 4.2 on Windows 8.1 and I am getting an error.

Please find image attached.

What shall I do ?

Your build doesnt support this OS.
You need to update it or install on Windows 7

So if I upgrade to Zenno Latest verision I will not have any problem right?

It should work on Win 8.1
