Make sure you have enough permissions. Also, try disabling your antivirus software and run ZP.

Ja have full control, but still is same error, i not have for any other program this problems.

I first disable application only on antivirus, but now shut down antivirus, and i run instalation, but now have other problem:

I go on link:

1. i have internet acces
2.no proxy on IE, chrome
3.Server certificate https://userarea.zennolab.com/ActivateHardware.asmx not considered as a trusted, you should update the root certificates, via Windows Update or add the certificate of the site https://userarea.zennolab.com/ to the trusted. This i do not what to do ?

4. security.dll exist

Note: i normaly install 5.8.0.0. some days ago

Probably, you have updated your antivirus software and it now blocks Zenno. To avoid this error https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/help.aspx?lang=en&errCode=10 , check also firewall settings, it blocks internet connection to Zenno server..
To run ZennoPoster with antivirus add it to trusted applications list in your antivirus software.
