Problem with the list

Hello everyone.
I have a little problem. I've create the template to adding a posts in to the blogging platform.
But when I try to load the e-mails (login) from list (random) and I checked the checkbox (Delete line after use) after finish the running still I have this same e-mails in my txt file. It doesn't delete the using emails after work.
Where can be a problem ?

1 Make sure you have checked all boxes in list options

Save change list to file must be checked for deleting lines from list file.

Ok. I solved it. The problem was not coding in UTF-8. I set UTF-8(BOM).
