problem with word processing

I have a problem getting the regex results to the list "title", this simply won't work and have tried a couple of different ways.
The file in step 1 is a html source code which i want to pull results from using regex and save all matches to a file(list). What am i doing wrong?

It's the source code of a amazon rss feed. ( i couldn't use the record function in rss feeds apparently)
I'm trying to grab the text between the "<title></title>" tags with regex, shown in the picture.
