Project Maker Crashing On VPS

I am using a pretty decent Hostwinds Windows 2012 Server VPS.

ZP runs 80 threads no issues.

Project Maker keeps crashing when loading up sites.

Anyone run into this with a VPS and have a solution?

Specifically AddMeFast.com after logging in and enabling Recording Mode.
