Proxy banned even with quality proxies

Hello, I'm using capmonster for solving recaptcha v2, and after around 5 minutes, I start getting a banned proxies using luminati (rotating residential proxies) and 10 minutes in all I get is banned proxies.

Is there any way to fix this/is there any way for me to use ip:port:user:pass proxies in capmonster?

Proxies should be used like user:pass@ip:port
If proxies are banned quickly, this means they are bad for solving recaptcha.
Also, it's recommended to select Chrome method of solving recaptcha in recaptcha addon settings
