Proxy down [502] - thread freezes

This is preety irritatign issue. If you hit bad proxy that will get 502 Bad Gateway ngix site, it will stya on this site for ever, instead of rotation to next proxy.
Please fix that to rerun tasks if proxy is bad would be sweet

it doesnt i just mean - proxy does respond, but when you try to use it it is unusable.
like CDN but it not CDN. that happends alot. in the example i got that proxy will ping but will load you engix error of server.
