Proxy Loading Does not Work

I am trying to add a proxy gateway I got from storm proxies. That basically provides a rotating proxy every 3 minutes. They are private proxies locked to my ip. I add them to proxy checker and try to validate them, yet proxy checker does not respond or really do anything. I keep clicking check, recheck, but it does nothing.

I validated those proxies with mass planner running on my platform and they work fine.

Any feedback on this. I bought this tool, just to find out it can't load any proxies.. Not sure if I can get any support or not. They are private proxies, so I doubt the proxy server will be able to check them, so how should I proceed here.

What is the format of proxy string? How do you add them to proxychecker? Please give example.

Our program accepts ip:port or login:password@ip:port
