ProxyChecker with Zenno - best practices?

Hi,
what would be the best practice to make zenno using proxies from standalone proxy checker and avoid double checking them by zenno?

I use it that way:

In output setting of ZPC i save proxy list every 3 minutes.
I add to my template a list and bound it with this proxylist.
Then use list processing to take proxies and set them via browser - settings - proxy action.

Where you can save proxy list in a file in Zennoposter settings, i don't find this menu ?

ZennoPoster doesn't have this feature.

Is it possible to change proxy each loop in one task and one thread ?

Because i have always the same proxy which was used when i run the template...
