recognize using service problem

Hello,
I have problem with "recognize using service". I configured 2captcha, deathbycaptcha and decaptcher but I receive an error (DBC) or blank (2captcha and decaptcher) output in response column. I tried 1 thread and 50 threads. No difference. Sometimes the first one is solved and the rest is blank. A few minutes ago I managed to solve 300 captcha using deathbycaptcha but it is the only one time it worked. Do you know what is wrong? The rest of Capmonster2 works fine, only regonition using service does not work for me and that's real problem. I have no problem with this services in ZennoPoster.

What strange, it works fine with light captchas. Take a look at attachment 14467.

Please check services configurations and make sure that all required keys and data are inserted. If you configured the services correctly, they should display your balance, make sure it's not zero.
Note, that you should restart the software after configuring services to apply settings.

VladZ, all required keys are inserted. They show appropriate balance, not zero. I restarted software many times. I run diagnostic.exe and sent report.zip to support. I'm waiting for response.

PS. I also have problem with port. Capmonster2 works correctly on port 80 only. When I want it to work on 8899 or any other port it doesn't intercept any captcha, however http://127.0.0.3:8899/ shows page "CapMonster 2 intercept. The page "127.0.0.3" is not available now. For restore access to this page, stop the service of CapMoster 2."

Is CapMonster 2recognizing application running, when you are trying to perform "recognize using service"? Captchas won't be send to service, they will be intercepted by recognizing application, by it does not have modules for them.

I don't quite understand what you are doing. When you send captchas to service, it does not matter which background color it has, captchas will be recognized by human. Could you please record screencast video demonstrating the problem?

Ok, seems we got the reason. What is the format of captcha images? Some raw format? Try to compress captcha images to png files, then load them into capmonster again and recognize using service.

It's not raw, it's PNG file.

I still have problems with those files. Please, tell me what to do with them. Converting to jpegs does not help. I even tried gifs.



Edit: OK, changing to BMP worked. Strange, very strange.

PS. Anyone has sometimes problems with cursors on keyboard when editing captchas manually?

Converting to bmp or jpg does not help.



Edit: OK, i did it. Everything's clear. Images are 8bit and capmonster2 does NOT support 8bit images (png). I had to convert it to 24bit and now it works fine.

8 bit is not the issue. Developers tested the images and said that these are not even images. These are bmp metadata files. It seems that the program you use parses images to some non-standart format.
