Regex Fast in regexp tester but slow in block

Same regex running fast in regexp tester, but very slow in the block.

Is source code is completely the same in Regex Tester and in Regex block or it differs?
Does the source code contains such symbols as {- and -} which can be read by the program as internal macros {-Variable.Var1-}?
