Regex question with \r\n

In file I have

[Titre]
{Essai MasterSpin1|Essai MasterSpin2|Essai MasterSpin3|Essai MasterSpin4|Essai MasterSpin5}
[Tags]
Tags1,Tags2,Tags3

I would like to extract the texte in [Titre] section.
To do this, I make this Regex:

(?i:?<=\[Titre\])[\w\W]*?(?=\[))

But in result I got: \r\n{Essai MasterSpin1|Essai MasterSpin2|Essai MasterSpin3|Essai MasterSpin4|Essai MasterSpin5}\r\n

How does it do to have {Essai MasterSpin1|Essai MasterSpin2|Essai MasterSpin3|Essai MasterSpin4|Essai MasterSpin5} without \r\n
