Reload / Refresh List

Hello
There is any way to reload list?

I created list content are loaded from file, and my script take line from list and then delete it (dont delete from file).

Now when list will end (list items will be taken all) i need to reload list and back all items. How do this?

.... how about the end is where the list is empty and you just dont save to file and set the limit to 1 instance and just have it on repeat?
