How to reply email confirmation with BLANK EMAIL for Fark?

Hi I am stuck here, can anyone answer how to instead of parse mailbox for link, I need to answer their link with blank email

Instead of using ZP's email processing, you need to set up a template that goes to your email provider, sign in, find the Fark email, parse the confirmation coded email, then send an email to that email address that they send you. If you do this after you sign up to Fark, make sure you put a long pause in your template so that the message will have arrived before you login to your email. They can take up to ten minutes to arrive in my experience.
