Run just one template through a VPN?

I am wondering....

Is it possible to run just one template through a VPN where I grab a new IP every 5 or so executions while at the same time running other templates
but not through the VPN that is switching ip's constantly?

Yeah I did not think it was possible but I just thought I'd ask in case someone knew
something I was not aware of.
