and I am NOT using profile folders, I am using the old .zpprofile with CEF Browser, and google accounts.

I get this error randomly, about once every 40 instances. Even when I restart the instance it sometimes re-occurs. After I wait a while and load the profile again it is gone, without me doing anything, so it's clearly a bug.

I tried to switch to profile folders but the error still occurs there, it's just named differently, can't remember since I wanna keep using normal profiles because transferring gigabytes of profile-folders between different VPS is impossible for me.

When cookies from a profile don't work on google for whatever reason, which sometimes happens unfortunately, I restart the instance and load the profile again, then I get the above error.
Or sometimes the instance just doesn't start because of this error:
"Running the Profile Failed to process the profile: Error detected when getting cookie from instance"
running it again and then it works.


The same happens with profile folders. These accounts sometimes don't work either and I get the following error:
Running the WebBrowserSettings Error accessing Instance.PrepareInstance

It happens on all my machines, A 8core xeon, a 16core xeon both latest win10, and also on 2 virtual machines: 8 core xeon platinums with windows server 2019 and 2012.

Try to increase these timeouts.


Also, set pause for 2-5 secs after instance restart, then continue actions.

Yes, I have done all this. Please note I have a very fast machine, NVME ssd and 16 core xeon, so there shouldn't be any issues. Plus it's the fact that is occurs on ALL of my 4 computers, not just one...

Did you even try to add pause after instance restart in template?
This error usually means that instance not fully loaded yet after restart.

Yes, that's the first what I did months ago, I even paused before after loading profiles too. This error isn't only after restarting instance, since I don't restart a lot. Most of the time I already get that "Error detected when getting cookie from instance" right from the start.

Could you please give better examples of the error?

What kind of example? I start the project which just opens and instance with profile folders and I get this error in the log (when using normal profiles I get the other error above). the project fails. When I retry a couple minutes later without changing anything I don't get the error, it seems random.

Do you run the same profile-folder in both ProjectMaker and ZennoPoster at the same time?

Of corse no i close instance on maker then run on zennoposter. I run custom profile. I know i can t run same profile in 2 threds. Any solution? I use chrome cef

What are current browser profile settings? and what was the browser in loaded profile-folder? they probably don't match

profile is new. in projectManager is work. in zennoposter not. When i change to chromium its work in PM and ZP

I suppose the initial profile from ProfileDirs is Chromium, not CEF, therefore won't load.

How often do you get this error? Tested and could not reproduce this error in zennoposter.
