"Site Access" popup alert

I see a popup alert everytime my template need to visit an url. This append since i transfered my zenno and templates to an other machine. Before, all was working fine.

Any idea?

now with updated version, i only have "ERROR
Cache Access Denied". Before, i canceled the popup and had this "cache.." messages.

I found out the problem. Since my migration of machine, if forgot to authentified my proxies in my buyproxies admin. this is the reason of this 'cache access denied'.
