Sms-activate.ru sometimes getting code automaticly, sometimes no

Hey, I'm having a weird problem to solve with my code verification. For any request I have 3 possible scenarios:

1. Getting code without clicking button ready
2. Clicking button ready + Getting code
3. Clicking button ready + not getting code.

I'm trying to solve the third scenario with any logic operation. Tried to work around change status, but it's not effective, if I'm getting code without clicking, how would you play around it?
