Some of my proxies are slow, possible to add a step to check proxy speed?

I have several proxies, some are fast and some are slow.

Is it possible to add an action in zenno template to let it check speed?

If it is longer than say 7 seconds to load a particular website, then it get a new proxy from my list.

Set proxy > wait 7 sec > check for text on the page. Good end continue - bad end delete the proxy from the list (optional) and load new proxy.

The Set Proxy is freezing if that proxy is bad.
So after "set proxy" action, it is impossible to create "wait 7 seconds"
However, it is possible to check text on page.
Normally it is a blank page.
I think I can let it re-fetch proxy if it is a blank page.
