something seriously wrong with 5.9.3.1

sometimes projects don't start since updating to 5.9.3.1. It seems it's not loading data from a table correctly probably, since this is the first the project does, load the proxy and set it. window just opens briefly and closes again. this happens randomly, and only when running more than 1 thread.

Edit: I just noticed the project gets indeed executed, but the window in ZP closes as if it crashed or something, but it's processing in the background?! weird
never did that before in earlier versions

There's not much to see, no errors, nothing. When I start project with 2 threads (small, runtime 1 min) in ZP as usual with windows visible, it starts normally, but after a few minutes only 1 window is visible any more. the second just pops up a sec and disappears but thread count is still counting down normally. Also it looks like these "invisible" threads finish just fine, which I only found out afterwards, since I thought the thread was terminated, when in fact it ran invisible in the background.
