Something went wrong when I try to install ZP pro

I have installed zennoposter on my home PC,then I tried to install it on my VPS,but something wrong came out,Then I tried to delete the computer that is displayed in the page https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/userarea/UserAddHardware.aspx,and installed again,but the same issue came out,I have tried to install it in a different vps,the issue was same,the link in the picture is https://userarea.zennolab.com/en/help.aspx?lang=en&errCode=10 ,please help me to solve the problem,thanks very much.

Make sure when you are installing zenno and when you come to the licence part that email that is inputed there is the one you use to login into zenno user area.

That can happen sometimes and it gets frustrating untill you realize what was wrong. D

I am very disappointed,I can not find out what causes the issue,I confirm that I have put the correct login information,please help me,I need to use ZP,thanks

I checked those except this one,* Server certificate https://userarea.zennolab.com/ActivateHardware.asmx not considered as a trusted, you should update the root certificates, via Windows Update or add the certificate of the site https://userarea.zennolab.com/ to the trusted.
it is difficult for me,I don't know how to add the certificate
