This is just an idea for better productivity and to run, schedule and maintain a set of templates. I find that if you can use icons instead of lists, you will be able to organize things better.
Suggestion
Desktop like interface with decent size icons to indicate templates, create folders to load up other templates from same tasks (multi sites template posters), and a scheduler system where you drop icons into a list format.
